This module features key highlights from the Sustainability Apex Programme (SAP) Masterclass 3. SAP is a joint initiative by ISCA and LawSoc, supported by EnterpriseSG. The SAP Masterclasses are intended for participants to stay updated on evolving sustainability trends and topics, and gain insights on ESG issues from service providers' perspectives. 


Synopsis:

As the emphasis on reducing carbon emissions increases, decarbonisation has become a core business strategy, not just an environmental goal. But what does it really take to reduce carbon emissions effectively and sustainably?

In this course, you will gain a practical understanding of what decarbonisation means, why it matters, and how organisations can chart their path toward net zero. Explore key concepts like Scope 1–3 emissions, carbon accounting, and Singapore’s decarbonisation roadmap.

This session unpacks carbon targets, highlights global and local initiatives, and equips you with the insight to drive measurable climate action within your organisation.
