This course features a recorded webinar, ""AI - Risk, Responsibility and Regulation"" held on 12 November 2025.
Synopsis:
AI presents opportunities to many organisations, but it also gives rise to risks. In the past two years, regulation and guidance has developed quickly. There are increasing parallels between the approach to AI governance and the emergence of ESG as an important component of legal risk management.

(i) An introduction to AI;
(ii) Responsible AI - what it means and why it matters;
(iii) AI discrimination, and the importance of transparency;
(iv) Liability when AI causes harm;
(v) International AI regulation, covering jurisdictions including the UK, EU, US, Singapore and China; and
